Each player is permitted one 67pak account. Duplicate accounts — whether held by the same individual or shared by members of the same household using the same device or IP address — are prohibited. 67pak may close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated bonus balances without prior notice.
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits issued by 67pak are subject to individual promotional terms including wagering requirements, expiry dates, and eligible game restrictions. Attempting to abuse bonus mechanics — including but not limited to arbitrage, matched betting with bonus funds, or using bonus funds across restricted game categories — will result in bonus forfeiture.

Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and any form of money laundering are strictly prohibited. 67pak cooperates with relevant authorities and will report suspicious activity. Accounts found engaging in prohibited activities will be closed and balances withheld pending investigation.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between 67pak ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at 67pak.net. This Agreement is effective from the date of your account registration or first use of the Platform, whichever occurs earlier. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
To register an account on 67pak, you must be at least 21 years of age. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant to 67pak that you are 21 years of age or older. 67pak operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on under-age gambling. Registration by individuals under 21 is prohibited and any account found to belong to an under-age person will be closed with immediate effect, and any Real Money Balance returned to the depositing payment method. Bonus funds will be forfeited in their entirety.
Each individual person may hold only one (1) active 67pak account. 67pak defines "individual person" by reference to legal identity — not by email address or mobile number. Persons who have previously held a 67pak account that was closed, suspended, or self-excluded may not register a new account without explicit written authorisation from 67pak's compliance team.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information whenever it changes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. 67pak reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or materially incomplete.
67pak may require identity verification at any point after registration, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Documents that may be requested include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a copy of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of a JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing the registered mobile number), and proof of residential address. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending resolution.
67pak is operated for the entertainment of its registered user base. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 67pak does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited by law. By registering, you confirm that the laws of your jurisdiction do not prohibit you from accessing and using online gambling services of the type offered by 67pak.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 67pak login credentials — your email address or mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 67pak will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
In the event that you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 67pak immediately via the live chat support function available within the Platform. 67pak will place an immediate hold on withdrawal requests pending a security investigation upon receiving such notification.
67pak offers two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts via SMS to the registered Pakistani mobile number. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended. Where 2FA has been enabled by the User, 67pak will require the User to verify their identity via the 2FA mechanism before processing any changes to the registered email address, mobile number, or banking details.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including bets, wagers, deposits, withdrawal requests, and changes to account settings. 67pak reserves the right to reverse transactions where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, system error, or Prohibited Activities, regardless of whether the account holder was the party directly responsible for the activity in question.
67pak accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Accepted methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payments, and 1LINK network transfers. The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 100. 67pak does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — the account used for deposit must be registered in the same legal name as the 67pak account.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. 67pak processes withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts within 15–30 minutes during standard operating hours; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. 67pak reserves the right to apply standard processing times of up to 5 business days during periods of high volume, regulatory review, or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are permitted at any time subject to: (a) KYC verification status; (b) the absence of any active self-exclusion or account restriction; (c) the absence of any pending responsible gaming investigation; and (d) the absence of any active Prohibited Activities investigation. Where a User has an active Bonus Balance subject to wagering requirements, only the Real Money Balance component of the wallet may be withdrawn — the Bonus Balance will be recalculated or forfeited if a withdrawal is processed before wagering requirements are met, in accordance with the applicable promotional terms.
An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (defined as no login, deposit, or wagering activity). 67pak reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 or 10% of the remaining Real Money Balance (whichever is lower) to dormant accounts. Users will be notified via their registered email address prior to dormancy fees being applied.
All bonuses, free spins, reload credits, and other promotional offers issued by 67pak are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
New accounts that make a qualifying first deposit of a minimum of Rs 500 are eligible for the 67pak welcome bonus of 150% matched up to a maximum of Rs 15,000 in bonus funds. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 35× the bonus amount and must be wagered within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds are automatically credited to the Bonus Balance following deposit confirmation. The welcome bonus is available to one account per person, household, IP address, and device.
Example Wagering Calculation: A player deposits Rs 1,000 and receives a 150% bonus of Rs 1,500. The wagering requirement is 35 × Rs 1,500 = Rs 52,500 in total bets. Once Rs 52,500 has been wagered using the bonus balance, any remaining bonus balance converts to Real Money Balance and becomes withdrawable.

67pak reserves the right to void bonus credits, reverse associated winnings, and close accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; making deposits and withdrawals in patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity; using bonus funds on games with a natural house edge below 1%; and any other strategy the Platform reasonably determines to be intended to extract bonus value rather than to genuinely participate in gaming activity.
All bets and wagers on 67pak are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market being played, as published within the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game only.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on 67pak. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page before a bet is placed. 67pak reserves the right to set individual account stake limits at its discretion, including in response to winning patterns that 67pak determines to represent a risk management concern.
In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or system fault during a game or betting event, 67pak reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. No claims will be accepted based on bets or outcomes resulting from a demonstrable technical error or malfunction. 67pak's decision on the validity of bets placed under error conditions is final.
Disputes regarding game or betting outcomes must be submitted to 67pak support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered. 67pak will review disputes using game logs, server records, and third-party provider data. The outcome of 67pak's dispute review process is final and binding.
All PSL, international cricket, and other sports betting markets on 67pak are governed by specific sportsbook rules available within the Sports section of the Platform. In-play bets are final once confirmed at the time of placement — 67pak will not honour claims that odds or markets should be revised after a bet is accepted. Late bets placed after an event has materially concluded are void.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 67pak Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities. This licence terminates automatically upon closure or suspension of your account for any reason.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 67pak's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made to your 67pak account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
67pak shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill; (b) indirect, consequential, or special losses of any nature; (c) losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions; (d) losses arising from technical failures beyond 67pak's reasonable control, including failures of third-party payment processors; (e) gambling losses arising from your use of the Platform in accordance with its normal operation.
67pak does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, or third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific games and markets. 67pak will make reasonable efforts to notify users of scheduled maintenance in advance but accepts no liability for losses attributable to temporary unavailability.
67pak reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice where: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) the account holder has engaged in Prohibited Activities; (c) 67pak is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order; (d) the account holder's continued use of the Platform poses a security, reputational, or regulatory risk to 67pak; or (e) the account holder has failed to respond to KYC verification requests within the specified timeframe.
Where an account is closed by 67pak for breach of these Terms & Conditions or Prohibited Activities, any remaining Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus Balances will be forfeited in their entirety. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach or Prohibited Activities, the Real Money Balance will be returned to the account holder via the most recent deposit payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
You may close your 67pak account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by submitting a written request to the email address listed in Section 15 of this Agreement. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 67pak will process any outstanding Real Money Balance withdrawal and close the account within 5 business days. Active Bonus Balances and uncompleted wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Upon closure or suspension of your account, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. You must not attempt to access the Platform or register a new account following closure without explicit written permission from 67pak. Any attempt to circumvent account closure or suspension — including by registering a new account using different credentials — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in referral to relevant authorities.
67pak's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is published separately and is accessible at /privacy-policy. By registering on 67pak, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Personal data includes your name, date of birth, contact details, payment method details, IP address, device identifiers, and gameplay history.
67pak processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support. 67pak will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Material amendments — including changes to age requirements, bonus terms, withdrawal policies, or Prohibited Activities — will be communicated to registered users via email to the registered email address at least 14 days prior to the amended terms taking effect.
Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact details — may be made without prior notice. The date of the most recent amendment is displayed at the top of this document under "Effective Date".
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your account in accordance with Section 11.2 prior to the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 67pak is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and 67pak, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 67pak support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the licensing jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute with 67pak shall be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, representative action, or collective proceeding against 67pak. This waiver is severable from the rest of this Agreement — if it is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement remains in full force and effect.
